ABOUT THE OBJECT

Gęsia Chata specializes in traditional goose dishes, as well as modern ones in keeping with trends in the culinary arts. Pork, poultry and fish dishes are also served, as well as many seasonal dishes. A different soup is served each day. The establishment hosts wine and goose nights - dinners with tasting dishes and selected wines served by a sommelier. Gęsia Chata seeks to break the myth that "tasty meals of high quality cannot be prepared quickly and without a long wait." The products offered by Gęsia Chata are made according to traditional and local recipes. This is natural food, and the raw materials come mainly from the Western Masuria region. High-quality meat for goose products is provided by breeders affiliated with the Iławskie Stowarzyszenie Producentów Gęsi Iława. Gęsia Chata has won many awards, its products are recommended by the Yellow Guide of Gault & Millau
