The Tourist Information Office in Iława is located in the building of the town hall at 13 Niepodległości St. Here you can get all information about accommodation, catering, tourist equipment rentals, the current calendar of events, information about hiking and nature trails in Iława and the Iława Lake District. The office also sells all publications, guidebooks, maps, gadgets, souvenirs and works by local artists. The facility is adapted for the disabled. The office has a computer station with free internet.
