Romantyczna is a cozy and elegant restaurant with an open kitchen, located on the first floor of the Dr. Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie SPA Hotel. It is the first and oldest slow food restaurant in Poland. It provides a unique opportunity to celebrate meals in fine dining style, and discover the true flavors of dishes prepared mainly from regional products and recommended by Slow Food. With a tasting menu (consisting of five or seven courses), guests have the opportunity to explore a wide range of flavors and indulge in local, sometimes already forgotten products. Combined with excellent wine pairing and exquisite service, dinner at Romantic becomes an unforgettable culinary journey. At your request and according to your suggestion, the chef, demonstrating the highest culinary artistry, will prepare dishes according to individual taste preferences, turning classic dishes into sophisticated compositions. It is also worth relying on the experience and suggestions of the chef, who takes care to change the menu frequently depending on the season and available fresh products. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm and is open to guests over twelve years of age only. Suggested dress code - smart casual type.
